Jennifer is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a master’s degree in School Counseling, and continuing education courses in substance abuse and human sexuality. Jennifer uses a person-centered approach to counseling, while also utilizing components from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and mindfulness-based therapy techniques.
Jennifer is a multicultural competent counselor who believes that trust and respect are the foundation of a positive therapeutic relationship. She believes that a collaborative approach is best to meet the needs of the client.
