About Tammy
Tammy Kurecki is our board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has been a resident of Florida since her childhood and has served in the healthcare community in the Florida Gulf Coast region for the past 15 years. She received her undergraduate degree from State College of Florida and her post graduate degree from University of South Florida. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Kurecki is passionate about learning and continues to refine her knowledge through reading journals and books and attending medical CE courses.
Ms. Kurecki enjoys boating and traveling and has had the opportunity of raising three amazing children who are now establishing themselves as independent and active members in their communities.
Ms. Kurecki has a passion for serving those afflicted with mental health challenges and use disorders. She is a champion in the fight against implicit bias and societal stigmas that often plague those who suffer from these conditions. Ms. Kurecki’s passion is to serve the community by providing the support needed to each individual in overcoming their personal challenges. She believes that empowering patients to reach their goals is an optimal way to enhance their lives. She approaches each individual with an unbiased and empathetic view in order to provide them with what they need for success. She believes in a team approach with patient, therapist, and medical provider working together to harness all resources available to help the patient to live their best lives.
