Syed Zaidi MD
Adult and Child Therapist
Syed Zaidi, MD, is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with additional qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. As the CEO and Medical Director of Addiction and Psychiatric Care LLC, Dr. Zaidi is committed to providing residents of Pinellas Park, Florida, and the surrounding area with the best in substance abuse and mental health care. He also provides Psychiatric and Addiction treatment services at Operation PAR Detox Facility, and Windmoor Healthcare System.
Lead Therapist
As a Counselor with over 24 years of experience, I work with children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals to strengthen relationships and overall functioning. We all desire to be connected to others and when these connections are disrupted, it greatly impacts our ability to function and can be quite stressful. By emotionally repairing our connections with the people we love in our lives, we learn more adaptive ways to communicate and interact together. This enhances our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being as we learn to effectively cope with life’s challenges.
Nurse Practitioner
Tammy Kurecki is our board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has been a resident of Florida since her childhood and has served in the healthcare community in the Florida Gulf Coast region for the past 15 years. She received her undergraduate degree from State College of Florida and her post graduate degree from University of South Florida. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Kurecki is passionate about learning and continues to refine her knowledge through reading journals and books and attending medical CE courses.
Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
Jennifer is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a master’s degree in School Counseling, and continuing education courses in substance abuse and human sexuality. Jennifer uses a person-centered approach to counseling, while also utilizing components from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and mindfulness-based therapy techniques.
